FIX APPOINTMENT

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you feel any unusual sensations (such as discomfort) or lose of the lashes please let us know within 48 hours after the treatment. Any complaints after this period of time won’t be taken into consideration.

 

ALLERGIES

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

*We offer free removal AFTER 72 hours from application, however, some cases will be treated individually.

 

 LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment, preferably without eye make-up. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment without a refund of  the deposit and be rescheduled.

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break this rule will cause the loss of the deposit.

 

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

We understand that things happen, however we do require as much notice as possible. If you are unable to attend the training please give us at least 14 days notice prior the course taking place. Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable without the 14 days notice. By making a booking with us you automatically agree to the cancellation policy.

 

FOREIGN INFILLS

Due to our high standard services and care about the health of natural lashes, foreign infills are subject to our personal judgement and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose state of health of natural lashes may influence the effects of the service. We therefore ask you to book a check-up consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment.
